Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If any issues arise from the quality of our products, we will issue a store credit since we will not accept returns.

If the product was returned due to a facility not accepting it, unfortunately we cannot give store credit. We ask that you verify with the facility and your loved one before ordering.
